The LG Styler uses steam to sanitise, deodorise, and refresh clothes between washes. It’s particularly effective on suits, coats, and delicate fabrics that can’t be machine-washed – items you’d normally take to the dry cleaner. The steam kills 99.9% of bacteria and allergens, while the moving hanger shakes out wrinkles and odours.

The Styler holds up to three garments at a time, with a pants press built into the door. Wi‑Fi connectivity lets you download specialised cycles for different fabric types. The downside is the $2,000 price tag and the 17.5 x 23.5 x 72.8-inch dimensions – it’s essentially a second wardrobe.

For apartment dwellers who want to reduce dry cleaning costs, or anyone with an extensive work wardrobe, the Styler is a game-changer. For everyone else, a good steamer and garment brush achieve similar results for a fraction of the cost.
